Forged Echos Return and Refund Policy

Forged Echos products are made to order through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each product is produced after an order is placed, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong item selection, or change of mind.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior contact or return instructions may not be accepted or processed.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@forgedechos.com within 30 days after receiving the product.
Please include:
Order number
Email address used at checkout
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos showing the full item and the problem area
Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Printful requires clear photos to assess damaged-item claims, and without the required photo evidence, a reprint or other resolution may not be available.
Once we receive your information, Forged Echos will review the issue and submit the appropriate claim through Printful’s order issue process. If the issue qualifies under Printful’s policy, the resolution may include a reprint, replacement, refund, or another appropriate correction.
For many damaged, defective, or fulfillment-error claims, the item does not need to be returned unless we specifically provide return instructions. Printful states that for manufacturing errors or damaged items, the merchant can submit a problem report and the product does not need to be returned.
Returns
Forged Echos does not receive customer returns at our business address.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions after reviewing the issue. Printful states that, by default, orders fulfilled at its facilities are returned to the corresponding Printful fulfillment location.
Do not send products to Forged Echos, to any personal address, or to any address not specifically provided for your return.
Any return address provided is for product returns only. It must not be used for legal notices, business mail, artist applications, vendor correspondence, or general documents. Printful specifically warns that its return address should only be used for product returns and not for legal correspondence, business legal addresses, or general letters/documents.
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges for size, color, design, or product preference.
Because each product is made to order, selecting the wrong size, color, or item does not qualify for a free exchange, refund, or replacement. Printful states that it does not offer free reprints or refunds when a customer ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong item, or changed their mind.
Please review all product descriptions, size charts, color options, and order details before placing your order.
Buyer’s remorse and customer selection issues
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Wrong size selected by the customer
Wrong color selected by the customer
Wrong item selected by the customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference-based concerns after receiving the item
Accidental orders not canceled before production begins
Forged Echos may choose to make an exception in limited cases, but we are not required to do so unless required by applicable law.
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@forgedechos.com as soon as possible.
Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Printful states that if the order is considered lost by the carrier and the claim is within the required timeframe, Printful covers the cost of reprinting and reshipping.
Before a lost-package claim can be completed, we may ask you to confirm the shipping address and check with the local post office or carrier. Printful notes that if tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer says it was not received, Printful does not cover the cost of a reprint or reshipment.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@forgedechos.com. Printful says the shipping address can be updated from the Printful Dashboard only while the order is still being fulfilled; once the order is marked as shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
If a package is returned because the original address was incorrect, reshipping may be available after the returned order is processed, but additional shipping costs may apply. Printful states that when the original address was incorrect, the merchant must cover the shipping cost to resend the package.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you by email. Approved customer refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was approved, contact us at:
