Forged Echos Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forged Echos LLC.

Forged Echos products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, shipping includes both production time and carrier delivery time.

Shipping area

Forged Echos currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We also do not currently ship to addresses outside the fifty United States unless we expressly approve otherwise or the checkout system makes that option available.

If an order is placed for a location we do not currently serve, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Most Forged Echos products are produced after your order is placed. We do not keep most products in ready-to-ship inventory.

Our fulfillment partner, Printful, generally requires production time before an order ships. Printful states that most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, although some orders may take longer due to product availability, order volume, production issues, or other fulfillment conditions.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Estimated fulfillment time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time

Estimated shipping time

After fulfillment is complete, domestic U.S. shipping time depends on the shipping method, product type, destination, carrier, and checkout settings.

Printful states that domestic shipping generally takes 1–8 business days after fulfillment.

If Express shipping is available at checkout for an eligible order, Express shipping is usually 1–3 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping may not be available for all products, all addresses, or all order combinations. Printful notes that Express shipping for U.S. domestic orders has eligibility requirements and may not apply to orders containing non-eligible items.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product, order size, shipping destination, shipping method, and fulfillment setup.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the shipping amount charged for your order. Shipping charges may vary depending on the products in your cart and the shipping method selected.

Order tracking

Once Printful fulfills and ships an order, Shopify is automatically updated with the shipment status and tracking number. If Shopify shipping notification emails are enabled, customers should receive a shipping notification email with tracking information after the order is marked fulfilled.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package leaves the fulfillment facility.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment. This can happen when items are produced at different fulfillment locations, require different packaging, or are shipped separately for operational reasons.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment. Printful sends separate tracking information to Shopify when an order is split into multiple shipments.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, product availability issues, fulfillment delays, payment review, platform issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Printful notes that delivery may take longer because of print or embroidery file issues, temporary stock issues, missed delivery attempts, bad weather, or carrier disruptions.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@forgedechos.com. We may be able to request an address update if the order is still in fulfillment.

Printful states that an address can be updated while an order is still being fulfilled, but once the order is marked as shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

If the package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to Printful or the applicable fulfillment facility. If reshipment is available, additional shipping charges may apply. Printful states that if the original address was incorrect, the merchant must cover the shipping cost to resend the package.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or similar shipping issue, we will review the situation after the returned package is processed.

Printful states that once a returned package reaches its facility, the merchant receives an email notification and may reship the order from the Printful dashboard if the customer still wants the item.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the return was caused by an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or customer-related delivery issue.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@forgedechos.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

Order number
Email address used at checkout
Shipping address
Tracking number
A brief description of the issue

Before a lost-package claim can be reviewed, we may ask you to confirm the shipping address and contact the local carrier or post office. Printful says it may ask customers to confirm the delivery address and check with the local post office before a reprint is issued.

Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Printful states that lost shipment reports must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the final-mile carrier for more information.

Printful states that when tracking is marked “Delivered,” it cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order because it cannot verify that the package was not received.

Forged Echos will review these situations case by case, but we do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or reshipments for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your package or item arrives damaged, contact support@forgedechos.com as soon as possible and follow our Refund Policy.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item claims must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.
